Nothing but a headset if you want one. Votelly runs in the browser and in our desktop and mobile apps, so there is no PBX to rack, no SIP handsets to buy and no cabling. If you already own IP desk phones, most SIP-compatible models can be registered to Votelly.
Calls route through the nearest of our regional media points and we hold direct interconnects with tier-1 carriers in each market. Voice is carried with the Opus codec at up to 48kHz with adaptive jitter buffering, so a call from Hong Kong to Chicago sounds like a call across the office.
Signalling is TLS 1.3, media is SRTP, and recordings are encrypted at rest with AES-256. We support SSO and SCIM, role-based access, immutable audit logs, configurable retention and regional data residency. Healthcare and financial services customers run on Votelly today.
Failover rules take over automatically. You can route to mobile numbers, another site or a voicemail box, per queue or per user, and the switch happens at the network level so callers never hear a dead line.
No setup fees and no minimum term on monthly plans. You add and remove seats whenever you like and only pay for what you used that month. Annual plans are available at a discount if you would rather lock the rate in.
Native apps for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Zendesk, Intercom and Slack, plus a REST API and webhooks for everything else. Calls, recordings, transcripts and AI summaries sync automatically against the right contact record.
