Invoices, seats, usage charges and changing plan.
Subscription fees are charged per seat in advance, monthly or annually. Usage beyond your included minutes is billed in arrears on the same invoice. All invoices are available under Billing.
You are charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current period, and the full amount from the next one. Removing a seat credits the unused portion against your next invoice.
You can move to annual at any time and the discount applies immediately. Moving from annual back to monthly takes effect at the end of your committed term.
Yes, registered nonprofits get 30% off every plan. Send your registration details to billing@votelly.com and we will apply it to your account.
