Local numbers usually complete in 3 to 10 working days. Toll-free numbers take 2 to 3 weeks. Your existing service keeps running until the cutover, so no calls are missed during the process.
A recent invoice from your current provider showing the number and account holder, plus a signed letter of authority. We generate the letter for you once you start the port.
Some countries restrict numbers to businesses with a registered local address, and some ranges are simply exhausted. Where a local number is not possible we can usually offer a national or toll-free alternative in the same country.
Yes. Numbers can be ported away at any time provided the account is in good standing. We do not charge to release a number.
