Getting started
Set up your account, invite your team and take your first call.
Go to Numbers, choose a country and number type, then pick from the available list. The number is active within about a minute and can be assigned to a user, a ring group or a call flow straight away.
Settings, then Team, then Invite. Paste in work email addresses, pick a role, and send. Invitees set their own password and can use the browser app immediately, or download the desktop and mobile apps.
A stable internet connection and a headset. Votelly runs in Chrome, Edge and Safari, plus our desktop and mobile apps. No desk phone or PBX is required, though most SIP handsets can be registered if you already own them.
Every account has a test extension that plays back your audio so you can check your microphone and network. Run it from Settings, then Devices, before your first shift.
